We schedule a free 20-minute call or meeting to understand your event inside out — the venue, the vibe, the family dynamics, the key moments you want captured, and the style you love. This conversation shapes everything.
Booking & Agreement
Secure Your Date
with a 50% deposit
Once we agree on the package, you receive a clear written agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and terms. A 50% deposit locks your date. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash. Your date is officially yours.
Pre-Event Planning
We Plan Every
Detail Together
1–2 weeks before your event we send a pre-event questionnaire and build a detailed shot list and timeline. For weddings and ruracious, we coordinate with your MC, event coordinator, and family to ensure nothing is missed on the day.

We arrive 30–60 minutes before the event starts to scout, set up, and prepare. On the day you won't need to manage us — we work invisibly, confidently, and professionally. You focus on the moment. We handle the rest.
Editing & Delivery
Cinematic Editing.
Delivered on Time.
Every image is individually culled, colour-graded, and retouched. Videos are edited with cinematic pacing, music, and colour grading. Your private online gallery is delivered via Pixieset with download access — ready to share with family and keep forever.
