Livestreaming FAQs

What internet speed do you need at the venue?+
We bring our own internet (primary 4G + backup 4G) so the venue doesn't need to provide WiFi. We are completely self-sufficient. We recommend a minimum upload speed of 5Mbps but our backup system handles any coverage gaps.
Can you stream to a private link only my family can access?+
Yes. We can set up a private, password-protected YouTube Live or use a private Facebook event — only people with the link and password can watch. Your ceremony stays private.
What happens if the internet cuts during the stream?+
We run two separate internet connections simultaneously (Safaricom 4G + Airtel 4G). If one drops, the stream continues on the other. We also record locally the entire time, so even in the worst case you have the full video.
Do you travel outside Kenya for livestreaming?+
Yes — we serve all of Kenya and travel globally. Nairobi, Nakuru, Kisumu, Mombasa, Nyeri, Embu, and beyond. Travel costs are included in your custom quote.
Can you stream and photograph/film at the same time?+
Absolutely. We often provide a combined photography + videography + livestreaming package. Our team operates independently so each service gets full attention. Ask about our bundled packages.
How do viewers watch the stream?+
We send all invited guests a simple link (YouTube/Facebook/Zoom). They click it on any device — phone, laptop, smart TV. No app download required for most platforms. It's as simple as watching YouTube.
